SJ-Knife – Slawek Jedrzejczyk. Knife maker and highly skilled Polish craftsman of the younger generation. As he says himself, he’s obsessed with doing everything on his own, from start to finish. Every step – from cutting steel, heat treating, grinding, and coating, to engraving and sheath making – is carried out entirely by hand, in-house.

SJ-Knife offers a wide range of knives: outdoor, bushcraft, survival, hunting, everyday carry, and kitchen models. The work is marked by both stylistic and material diversity. In the SJ lineup are classic models with stabilized wood handles and leather sheaths, as well as modern designs made from high-performance steels, with Micarta or G10 handles and Kydex sheaths.
