**D2 STEEL AS THE CORE**: The blade is crafted from D2 tool steel with a satin finish on the flat grind. Known for its toughness, excellent edge retention, and ease of sharpening in the field, D2 is not stainless but is often praised as “one of the least rust-prone steels in the carbon steel category.” To minimize the risk of corrosion, clean and dry the blade thoroughly after use.

**DURABLE AND VERSATILE PROFILE**: The Beta is a full-tang knife, made from a single piece of steel extending through the entire handle, secured with scales. This design is one of the strongest for fixed-blade knives. The classic drop-point blade profile features a flat grind, making it highly versatile. The spine includes jimping near the handle to provide thumb support for precision cutting tasks.

**TOUGH MICARTA HANDLE**: The handle scales are made from micarta, a material resistant to moisture, temperature fluctuations, most solvents, and acids, with high mechanical durability. Its textured, non-slip surface ensures a secure grip. The construction is fastened with steel Torx screws.

**RUGGED ABS SHEATH FOR EASY CARRYING**: The knife comes with a sheath made of durable ABS material. It features through-holes that allow attachment of accessories, such as a firestarter holder (not included), or securing it to a backpack. Maintenance

1. Remember! Every of our knives are extremely sharp, so be careful when handling them!
2. Do not use your knife for something besides it’s intended purpose! Do not use the knife as a can opener, screwdriver, chisel, hammer, crowbar etc.
3. After using your knife with sea water, blood, fruits or other corrosive mediums, always rinse the knife with fresh water and dry it off.
4. Do not wash the knife with harder chemicals or in the dishwasher. This may damage or destroy the knife.
5. Before storing your knife, apply thin film of high-quality gun oil or special knife oil or wax to knives. We recommend that you always keep your knife and sheath clean and dry when not in use.
