TRC Knives Apocalypse Natural
TRC Knives Apocalypse Natural knife made from Lithuania is a project inspired by island located in the Bay of Bangalore: Northern Sentinel and its indigenous inhabitants. Apocalypse Natural belongs to the series "Tales of Man" inspired by the extraordinary characters of past eras. Despite the fact that the inhabitants of the island are not historical figures and they have not literally passed away - however, they appear as characters from centuries ago, due to the lifestyle they lead. Isolated from the rest of the world, they have been faithful to their traditions for years, they live the same way as they used to and consistently defend access to their home to people from outside their world. Till today, each daredevil who have tried to get to the island has failed.
Inspired by this story Apocalypse Natural is a knife for do-or-die survival situations. On the other hand, it is a universal choice for bushcraft works. Besides cutting function, due to its very large dimensions, it can effectively replace an ax (wood logging) or a machete (clearing the area for a camp, roads e.t.c.).

The Sentinelese reject any kind of contact with the rest of the world, and have lived this way for thousands of years. Marco Polo described them as “a most brutish and savage race, having heads, eyes and teeth like those of dogs.” To this day, no outsider has had success trying to enter the mysterious island. Whoever dears to approach North Sentinel, is attacked by the home-proud islanders with apocalyptic rage. And who could blame them? The way they feel when approached by the Other, is pretty much the same way we would feel if approached by aliens. What would you do in this scenario?
We created the Apocalypse knife for do-or-die survival situations. To improve your chances of survival during the apocalypse, we handcrafted this knife from a thick slab of premium quality steel. Apocalypse sports a blade that is 172 mm long. What’s more, it features textured handle scales that, together with thumb jimping, provide the apocalyptic warrior with a comfortable and reassuring grip. TRC Knives Classic Freedom Natural knife was created in the studio of the Lithuanian knifemaker Andrius Tricius (TRC Knives), inspired by the figure of a great enthusiast of fishing and communing with nature, the famous writer Ernest Hemingway. The model, along with its larger counterpart - This Is Freedom Natural, belongs to the "Tales of Man" series (more about the series HERE) created to commemorate the extraordinary figures of bygone eras. In the presented version, Classic Freedom was made with a high flat grind and has jimping on the blade spine. The version with full flat grind with no jimping can be found HERE.

QSP Knife Neckmuk QS125-A
Neckmuk is a QSP Knife project designed by Arthur Brehm.
This is a typical neck type knife, which is also emphasized in its name. The name Neckmuk also refers directly to the shape of the blade modeled in the knives used by one of the more famous nineteenth-century American promoters of life in the bosom of nature George „Nessmuk” Sears’s.
Due to the fact that Nessmuk spent a large part of his life in the field, he thought that the camping knife should not be too large and have an exaggerated thickness and its shape should help in cutting meat and preparing food.
The Neckmuk project definitely falls within this canon. It is a small, handy and agile knife with a fixed blade, which will be useful during various field activities, but it can also be your everyday blade.
