Rosemary Kitchen Knife – For Home and Travel Use

**STAINLESS STEEL BUILT FOR KITCHEN PERFORMANCE**: The blade is crafted from 5Cr14MoV stainless steel with a satin finish on the flats and adorned with a decorative laser-etched pattern. This stainless steel performs exceptionally well in humid environments, offering good elasticity and easy sharpening.

**DURABLE AND WELL-BALANCED BLADE**: The Rosemary knife features a full-tang construction, forged from a single piece of steel that extends the entire length and width of the handle, with scales securely attached. This is one of the most durable designs for fixed-blade knives. The chef’s knife blade has a Full Flat Grind, providing excellent cutting performance for slicing, chopping, deboning, and other kitchen tasks. Its balanced size, weight distribution, and ergonomic design ensure comfortable and reliable handling.

**BOG OAK WOOD HANDLE**: The handle scales are made of bok oak wood* and fastened with screws. The warm, natural tones of the wood add elegance to the knife, harmonizing beautifully with other kitchen tools such as cutting boards. However, as with wooden cutting boards, the knife is not dishwasher-safe to avoid damage to the wood caused by water exposure. The covers are protected with Danish oil, which enhances protection against weather conditions and brings out the natural beauty of the material. Oiling the wood from time to time prevents the material from drying out and extends its lifespan, which is why it is recommended by the manufacturer.

*Handle shades may vary depending on the production run.

**ELEGANT LEATHER SHEATH**: The knife comes with a leather sheath secured with a snap closure. This classic leather sheath complements the knife’s overall aesthetic, with walnut wood and leather forming a timeless combination. Bright stitching adds a unique touch to the sheath. It provides excellent protection for the knife, making it practical for travel and outdoor kitchen use.
