Williams Blade Design SZK001 Shobu Zukuri Kaiken 4.5″

The SZK series features a classic Shobu Zukuri grind for excellent lateral strength and cutting ability. As a part of EDC fixed blade line, this knife is optimized for compact and comfortable carry. Featuring an Elmax blade, one of the toughest stainless steels on the market, and canvas micarta handle scales with brass pins. Produced with TRC Knives because of their reputation for outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. The SZK 001 is a knife made for hard use, but with the refinement of a collector’s piece. This is an individually numbered batch of 80 pieces.

Lifetime warranty

 

TRC Knives are covered by a lifetime warranty. This warranty provides protection against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to both the knife and its sheath. If the product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered by this warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended period of time and use. Damage not covered under the warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate. In such cases, a fee will be also charged for shipping. We also offer a life-time free sharpening service. Whenever you feel your knife starts lacking that excellent sharpness, send the knife over to us. You will only be charged for shipping costs.

Maintenance

 

  1. Remember! Every of our knives are extremely sharp, so be careful when handling them!
  2. Do not use your knife for something besides it’s intended purpose! Do not use the knife as a can opener, screwdriver, chisel, hammer, crowbar etc.
  3. After using your knife with sea water, blood, fruits or other corrosive mediums, always rinse the knife with fresh water and dry it off.
  4. Do not wash the knife with harder chemicals or in the dishwasher. This may damage or destroy the knife.
  5. Before storing your knife, apply thin film of high-quality gun oil or special knife oil or wax to knives. We recommend that you always keep your knife and sheath clean and dry when not in use.
  6. Always keep your knife sharp, so it can always take care of you.

Neckmuk is a QSP Knife project designed by Arthur Brehm. This is a typical neck type knife, which is also emphasized in its name. The name Neckmuk also refers directly to the shape of the blade modeled in the knives used by one of the more famous nineteenth-century American promoters of life in the bosom of nature George „Nessmuk” Sears’s. Due to the fact that Nessmuk spent a large part of his life in the field, he thought that the camping knife should not be too large and have an exaggerated thickness and its shape should help in cutting meat and preparing food. The Neckmuk project definitely falls within this canon. It is a small, handy and agile knife with a fixed blade, which will be useful during various field activities, but it can also be your everyday blade.

TRC Knives M-1XDP knife is a project of Andrius Tricius invented in cooperation with operators of military special forces. The M-1XDP designed in a military-tactical style, is a cousin of the Mille Cuori knife from regular TRC Knives line. The M-1XDP knife is a response to demand of operators of special forces but also available for civil users. Contrary to frequent guesses, military users mostly use their knives in tactical operations as supporting tools, which cannot fail during mission. Hence, the knives chosen by soldiers must meet certain requirements in terms of strength (construction materials) and usability (desirable characteristics). Knives of this type are used as you can imagine, for example, cutting lines, breaking windows or removing other obstacles. Knives are used during field (survival) trainings, and during daily activities while waiting for the task (e.g. for minor repairs).
