TRC Knives M-1XDP First Production Run
TRC Knives M-1XDP First Production Run knife is a project of Andrius Tricius invented in cooperation with operators of military special forces. The M-1XDP designed in a military-tactical style, is a cousin of the Mille Cuori knife from regular TRC Knives line.
The M-1XDP knife is a response to demand of operators of special forces but also available for civil users. Contrary to frequent guesses, military users mostly use their knives in tactical operations as supporting tools, which cannot fail during mission. Hence, the knives chosen by soldiers must meet certain requirements in terms of strength (construction materials) and usability (desirable characteristics). Knives of this type are used as you can imagine, for example, cutting lines, breaking windows or removing other obstacles. Knives are used during field (survival) trainings, and during daily activities while waiting for the task (e.g. for minor repairs).
The M-1XDP First Production Run knife will satisfy fans of military equipment, but it will also be useful for civilians during field trips.
Each blade is engraved by unique number from 1/30 to 30/30.

Originally, karambit was created in distant times in Malaysia and the Philippines, and its shape was inspired by the claws of large predatory cats. Characteristic for its construction were a curved blade and an inverted handle with a finger hole. The Claw (MK-05) knife refers to this style, but its blade has a straight cutting edge, which definitely increases its functionality.
Due to its construction, the Claw knife can be suitable for tactical use and for the needs of uniformed services. It will work when cutting ropes, plastics, materials that are difficult to approach, but also rubbing it will be more versatile in everyday life. Due to its structure, Claw will be very effective for trimming plants, tree branches, etc.

The blade made of durable Vandis 4 Extra steel with excellent hardness (63 HRC), has been coated with a black, much thicker than in other MK Knives & Tools models (you can find them HERE), PVD coating. The innovative construction of the handle combines the advantages of full tang and hidden tang construction. The wide shank of the knife runs along the entire length of the handle (as in the full tang), but it has been enclosed with G10 composite covers screwed on it (as in the hidden tang). This construction gives us the same durability as in the classic full tang, but it is more pleasant for a hand working in the cold without a glove, as in the case of hidden tang knives. The presented knife has hole for paracord (rope etc.) designed at the end of the handle. The knife set comes with kydex holster and additional buckle designed for mounting to the MOLLE system.

TRC Knives M-1SLG knife is a project created in cooperation with operators of military special units. The M-1SLG designed in a military-tactical style is a cousin of the Mille Cuori knife from the regular offer of the Lithuanian manufacturer.
The M-1SLG knife is a response to the needs of special units operators, made available for civilian use. Contrary to common guesses, military users mostly use their knives in tactical operations as supporting tools, which, however, cannot fail during service. Therefore, the knives selected by the military must meet certain requirements in terms of strength (materials used) and usability (desired features). And so knives of this type are used as you can imagine, e.g. for cutting lines, breaking windows or removing other obstacles.
