The knife is opened by front flipper or hole in blade and the blade is secured by liner lock. The handle covers are made of black G10 composite.

QSP Knife Penguin QS130-B Folding Knife D2 Jeans Micarta [Denim]
Penguin is a QSP Knife project. Its name is a reference to friendly flightless birds mainly inhabiting the cold seas of the southern hemisphere of the Earth. Indeed- the unfolded knife, when is is pointed upwards it resembles a penguin's beak and the handle the body of the bird. However, the name of the knife does not only refer to the appearance of the knife. On the contrary- it also enhances its functional features. The blade, when necessary, can be "feisty" and "of strong character" just like a penguin's beak, the handle will perfectly match the hand during work, just like the body of a small swimmer will fit into every hole. The roughness of the micarta lining, like a penguin's raised feathers, will make slipping of the knife if ones hand when in use in a humid environment. Small, handy and clever, but it will face any challenge, just as a small penguin can deal with the vastness of the seas and oceans.
QSP Knife Penguin QS130-B Folding Knife D2 Jeans Micarta [Denim] has D2 steel blade in sheepsfoot style. Knife has jeans micarta (denim) handle scales. It is opened by thumb stud and blade is secured by liner lock.
TRC Knives M-1XST
The M-1XST knife is a project of Andrius Tricius invented in cooperation with operators of military special forces. The M-1XST designed in a military-tactical style, is a cousin of the Mille Cuori knife from regular TRC Knives line. Currently, the knife “serve” in one of the special forces unit in one of Central European countries.
The M-1XST knife is a response to demand of operators of special forces but also available for civil users. Contrary to frequent guesses, military users mostly use their knives in tactical operations as supporting tools, which cannot fail during mission. Hence, the knives chosen by soldiers must meet certain requirements in terms of strength (construction materials) and usability (desirable characteristics). Knives of this type are used as you can imagine, for example, cutting lines, breaking windows or removing other obstacles. Knives are used during field (survival) trainings, and during daily activities while waiting for the task (e.g. for minor repairs).
The M-1XST knife will satisfy fans of military equipment, but it will also be useful for civilians during field trips.

QSP Knife Snipe QS121-C
Snipe designed by QSP Knife is a knife inspired by the physiognomy of one of the medium-sized migratory bird varieties, a characteristic handle arched downwards with its beak. It is this part of the animal's body, just like Snipe’s blade, that definitely outperforms the whole, giving it a distinct, working character.
QSP Snipe is a daily use knife that can also successfully carry out heavier work. Due to its solid construction and size, it can also be used as hardware support during tactical operations.

TRC Knives South Pole Natural
TRC Knives South Pole Natural knife is a project of Andrius Tricius from TRC Knives from Lithuania, inspired by the legendary winner of the South Pole, Roald Amundsen. It is a model belonging to the series "Tales of Man" (you can read about the series HERE), inextricably linked with various characters of bygone eras, who in their time shocked some and amazed others with their persistence in pursuing their goals and boldly realizing their dreams.
South Pole was planned down to the last detail, just as Amundsen had planned its expedition. Wading on skis, dog sleds, and facing death many times, Roald Amundsen and his men were the first to conquer the South Pole. People hailed him a hero. Amundsen did not think about himself that way, he was a practical man. He explained his success in a simple way - "I have foreseen every difficulty and I have taken every precaution for meeting and avoiding it". Victory awaits whoever has everything planned.
It was in this spirit that South Pole knife was born - the perfect utility knife designed to deal with any natural challenge.

To protect the steel from elements we coated it with extra tough DLC coating.
