Sliwkosky Knives Puukko Full Tang "Karelian Blue" Elmax knife was inspired by Finnish puukko knives. Knifemaker Jakub Śliwka referred to a design originating in Scandinavia, but made a full tang knife, thus strengthening the structure of the traditional puukko design (the puukko traditionally has a hidden tang structure).
