The whole is connected by a long, steel backspacer. The knife comes with two clips of different designs that can be mounted on the left or right side of the handle. The axis lock is responsible for blocking the blade.

The M-1SLG knife is a response to the needs of special units operators, made available for civilian use. Contrary to common guesses, military users mostly use their knives in tactical operations as supporting tools, which, however, cannot fail during service. Therefore, the knives selected by the military must meet certain requirements in terms of strength (materials used) and usability (desired features). And so knives of this type are used as you can imagine, e.g. for cutting lines, breaking windows or removing other obstacles. Knives are used during field (survival) training and during everyday activities while waiting for a task (e.g. for minor repairs). Calyce knife was designed in two versions, similar, but different from each other. Both versions have a rise on the spine, the so-called upper jimping. One of them, opened with a thumb stud or a flipper, has a shorter and higher rise and blade with bigger belly. This blade is designed more in drop point style. The second one, opened only with a flipper, has a longer and lower rise, and its blade with characteristic "swedge" is better suited for piercing materials. This blade is designed more in spear point style. Regardless of the version, Calyce has the same handle shape.

Mamba V2 is a new version of one of the QSP Knife brand projects. Compared to the previous version, the blade has a slightly different shape, namely it has evolved from a drop point to a clip point and gained a false blade, and the handle, unlike the first edition, ended with a relatively straight section. Mamba V2 is also made of diffrent material materials than previous version. The Japanese VG10 blade has been replaced with the much-liked D2 steel. The knife was also presented with a new range of materials on the handles (micarta of various shades).
