About the presented executions of T11 knife
Premium steel as the core of the knife construction
The presented T11 knife is made of Elmax steel. Elmax is one of the few steels available on the market in the absolute top quality of materials used in the production of premium knives. Knives made of it are extremely resistant to overload, stay sharp for a long time and have excellent anti-corrosion properties.
The knife is made of one piece of steel, i.e. it has the so-called full-tang construction, probably the most durable construction used in fixed blade knives.
Grind and shape of the blade
The blade made in the drop point style, with a flat grind, ensures a smooth cut and performs various tasks (piercing, planing, preparing meals, etc.). We have a 110 mm blade at our disposal, the spine of which is deliberately sharpened, allowing for efficient work with the flint. The sharpness of the spine is so great that it is easy to stave with it, and at the same time it is toned down (bevelled) so as not to injure yourself.
Ergonomic carbon fiber handle (Fat Carbon)
The handles are made of carbon fiber (Fat Carbon), resistant to moisture, temperature changes, most solvents and acids, with high resistance to mechanical damage. The covers to the handle were attached with hexagonal screws (hex type).
The handle has a delicate finger contour that prevents the hand from slipping over the cutting edge, reducing the risk of injuries. There is a hole at the end of the handle, which is used to additionally secure the knife against loss (it can be tied with a rope, paracord, etc.). You can also attach a section of paracord with or without a bead, which can be used as an ornament or as an additional gripping element that makes it easier to remove the knife from the sheath.
Handmade leather sheath
The knife is carried by a completely handcrafted leather sheath. The sheath is made of high-quality vegetable-tanned leather. The stitches were made with thick threads with a massive stitch. The edges are nicely finished and smooth. The sheath has a large eyelet for attaching to a belt.
